As a backpacker, I loved the spacious, clean room and comfy bed. Great meals at the pub, plus stunning river views!

It truly felt like home away from home; nothing was too much trouble.

the stuff where welcoming and outstandingly accommodating day and night. the vibe here was family.

Great hotel, easy base for 2 nights in Grafton. The a twin room with balcony as well as bathroom. With a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. Awesome, fantastic location close enough to a Catholic church and the adjoining pub and shops, pleasant staff.

i had the double room which was exceptionally clean with a balcony. i had tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and glassware. the setting was great, adjacent to the outskirts of the town centre, shopping centre and the grounds of the pub.

Lovely Riverbank Location and Delicious Meals the riverbank location of the hotel provides stunning panoramic views, and the meals served in the pub were of good quality and reasonably priced. One improvement could be addressing the dated and worn-down room conditions, as well as the disruptive noise from early morning activities in the service area.

The kids loved the indoor playground and the daily magic shows. the family movie nights under the stars were a hit too.

My wife says that the room lacked childproofing.

The staff here are welcoming and great at helping, the twin room is way bigger and quieter than it looks in the photos, and it has a balcony.

The restaurant and bar were a cozy spot to unwind. the garden and terrace offered a quaint place to relax. I enjoyed the free WiFi while gazing at the beautiful view of the river. Cons: Feeling like a hotel staff relay race champion due to handing over keys for early check-out.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! the staff were friendly, offering us a welcome drink upon arrival. We loved the cozy bar area where we could relax after a day of exploring Grafton. the garden picnic area was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a cup of coffee. the location was superb, right on the river and close to all the attractions, making it easy for us to explore the town on foot.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the bathroom.

Had a delightful river view from my room's balcony. the garden was charming, and the cozy room featured essentials for a comfortable stay. Although the bathroom was a tight squeeze, the warm beds made up for it. the staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. I even managed to whip up a quick snack with the convenient kitchen supplies. Looking forward to my next adventure in the land Down Under.

Crown Hotel Motel Review. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. It's just a short 10-15 minute walk to Big Tuna Fish Co, where you can grab food to go. the staff is exceptional and provides great recommendations. the food served is top-notch.
